Menu Items Bulk Editor

Step 1: Search 

1. From the main BOH screen, select the Menu Items Bulk Editor icon

2. In the Organization drop down menu select the appropriate Organization

3. In the Location(s) drop down menu, select the specific Location(s) to edit

The correct Location may be prepopulated here

Multiple Locations can be selected at a time

4. In the Menu Group(s) drop down menu select the Menu Group(s) to edit

Multiple Menu Groups can be selected at a time

To search for a specific Menu Item: Input the Item name into the Item Name field. However, the Menu Item’s Menu Group will need to be selected for the search function to work

5. Click Refresh to populate Menu Items within the selected Group(s)

Step 2: Edit 

The Menu Item(s) within the selected Group(s) will display in a table with editable columns:

Item/Location

Use the → button to select and deselect specific Locations for each Item

Standard Price

Regular menu price

Price Levels (Optional)

Price Level columns will vary depending on Price Levels set up

Item Cost (Optional)

This is the cost of the Menu Item, not be confused with the price the Menu Item is sold for

Available Checkbox

Whether or not the Menu Item is currently available

Use Qty On Hand Checkbox (Optional)

Each time an Item is sold, it will subtract from the Quantity On Hand value

Quantity On Hand

Number of Menu Items on hand

Make appropriate edits to the Menu Item(s)

If desired, tap Download CSV to download CSV spreadsheet with updated Menu Item details
