Modifier Sorting & Print Priority

The order in which modifiers are added on the FOH are not the way it will send to the kitchen. If you don’t change the settings in the BOH modifiers will always be sent to the kitchen in alphabetical order, no matter how they were entered on the FOH.

Print in Order of Entry 

1. Select the Printers icon from the main BOH screen

2. Select the desired printer(s) from the list in the left hand panel

3. Scroll to the Requisition Settings section, and check the Print Modifiers as Entered - no sorting checkbox

Modifier Print Priority 

1. Select the Modifiers icon from the main BOH screen

2. Select the desired modifier from the list on the left hand panel

3. In the General Information section, use the Print Priority field to indicate which position this modifier will print in
